Mayor Alfredo S. Lim of Manila expressed his support for DepEd's project with Efren Penaflorida's Dynamic Teen Company (DTC) during the Grand Launching of K4 held at DepEd, Pasig City on January 14, 2012.
K4 stands for Kariton, Klasrum, Klinika at Kantina. The project aims to bring back to school street children and out of school youth through a holistic package that starts with giving the project beneficiaries assistance through feeding, primary medical assistance and books.
