The Rotary Club of Tondo turned over anti-smoking tarpaulins to DepED Manila and Universidad de Manila on September 17, 2012. The ceremonial turn-over was done after the regular Monday flag raising ceremony at the Freedom Triangle of Manila City Hall. Superintendent Dr. Ponciano Menguito and Elementary and Secondary District Chairs accepted the donations for DepED. Atty. Sofia Arboladura accepted the tarpaulins for Universidad de Manila.
