The complaint of an anonymous texter who pretended to be a concerned parent and who later claimed as on of the Grade VI pupils against Mrs. Luminita F. Andres, MT2 in Gr.6 Filipino is totally untrue, baseless and absolutely unfair.
Please be informed that on Tuesday July 9, 2013 at around 7:20 a.m. all grade six pupils were gathered at the school lobby for some reminders on discipline and proper behavior. Mrs. Andres admitted she called the two "gays" to stay a front to stop from talking and giggling while she was giving the lecture.
The text complain accuses the principal of verbal abuse because of uttering "Malandi" and many other "foul words" several times during that meeting with the grade six pupils in the presence of all grade six teachers.
Mrs. Gaudiano replied in a text message that the principal at that time was attending a meeting at Rizal Elem School. At this point , the texter asked "Who was speaking using a microphone with loud speakers?" She threatened to elevate her concern to the higher authorities.
Immediately, the school head conducted her personal investigation, the findings of which are:
1. Mrs. Luminita Andres and the Principal have almost the same voice projection over the microphone why Mrs. Andres was mistaken as the principal speaking in the assembly of Gr. 6 pupils.
2. Mrs. Andres strongly denied she uttered the word ",malandi" & other "foul words"
3. A test and sound check utilizing the sound system used during the meeting revealed that matters discussed in the school lobby even with the use of microphone & loud speakers can not be heard clearly in the gate and beyond.
4. The concerned parent not knowing who to accuse posted her concern in DepEd Manila Blog. This time disguised as one of the grade 6 pupils.
5. In DETXT complaint, she/he claimed she interviewed grade six pupils hence accusing Mrs. Andres explanation.
We appreciate the texters concern for our pupils but we suggest that she comes out in the open so we can settle or resolve and improve our ways.
Pwede ninyo po ba akung matutulungan maitatanong kulang kung may napapansin po kayo na teacher na pangalan Ma Fatima Emeliano kabit po kasi siya ng asawa ko hindi lo kasi siya mahanap basta ang alam k isa siyang guro at nasa public daw siya nagtrabaho diba bawal po magturo na may kabit may anak na sila na pangalan ng anak nila Fritze Ann Rose.pwede ninyo ako matulungan kung San siya mahanap Hindi ko kasi siya mahanap balita ko kasi nasa San Andres Bukid Elementary School siya na assign dati baka po kilala po ninyo siya hanggang ngaun parin kc cla ng asawa ko pati kasi mga anak ko dinadamay niya
