JCI Manila and JCI Manilena, in partnership with the Division of City Schools and the City of Manila gave recognition to the Most Outstanding Student Leaders from elementary schools of the City of Manila. The awarding ceremony was held at the Bulwagang Rodriguez on March 15, 2013.
DepEd Manila congratulates the chosen awardees for this school year.
