  2. Please refer to Section 1 Amendment of RA 5546 to RA 4206. The amendment also prohibits selling of tickets to teachers.

  5. how about if the school holds a play outside the school campus with the students as the performers then they will sell tickets to the students & families to compensate with their venue rental & overhead expenses with profit, is it legal?

  8. Goodevening Sir/Ma'am! I'm a secondary math Teacher from pangasinan who were asked by our oic principal to sell tickets on the acrobatic show in our school. I wasnt able to sell the tickets and was not informed to return it immediately. Now, he's telling me that he's not gonna approve my clearance if i'm not going to pay the tickets worth eleven thousand. Is this legal? Do we have a deped order pertaining to selling of tickets? Looking forward for your response. Thankyou!

  10. Hi. Im a school gpta officer. My concern is, how about room improvements for us on the public schools. Will any improvements in the classroom initiated by the concern parents furnished with resolutions be it as a donations, contributions or even pledges be also prohibited in accordance with this ganzon law? Pls advise. Thanks

How about SSG contribution their fundys could not benefits poor but deserving students, i talk to one of the member of this org.he said that they are a kind of org would not care about the poor students. They use their funds (contribution coming from the poor students) on events only. This fees is legal?

    May Stage Play po kasi ang mga Student ng MANILA HIGH SCHOOL intramuros BUKAS, NOVEMBER 16, 2019 and May bayad daw po ang ticket na P190.00 but dun sa letter na binibigay nila sa mga bata may nilagay po ang PHILIPPINE STAGERS FOUNDATION na NO COLLECTION POLICY AS STATED IN SEC.3 OF R.A NO.5546. i already talked with sir Atty Vincent, sabi nya meron daw talaga un even about sa binasa ko parang wala dapat but ayoko po makipagtalo sa ATTY. because mas alam nya ang BATAS .
