2012 National Qualifying Examinations for School Heads
The simultaneous administration of the 2012 National Qualifying Examination for School Heads will be held on November 11, 2012 at San Francisco High School, Misamis St. Bago Bantay, Quezon City from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Interested and qualified applicants may the following documents to the Office of Dr. Aurora A. Franco, Assistant Superintendent, DepEd Manila, not later than October 10, 2012.
1. Accomplished Application Forms (2 copies) with 2pcs. 2 x 2 pictures
2. Latest Service Record
3. Form 53 (Recommendation for Various Positions signed by the Principal)
4. Php 850.00 Registration Fee
