The new building of Benigno Aquino Elementary School was inaugurated on June 22, 2012 . Ballsy Aquino-Cruz, sister of Pres. Benigno S.Aquino III was the special guest of honor of Mayor Alfredo S. Lim and Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Ponciano A. Menguito.
The building, a City of Manila project which costs Php 115M, is situated near the Corazon Aquino High School. Mr. Noel Gelua, principal of Herminigildo Atienza Elementary School said the building has 14 classrooms and can house 1500 Grade 2 students.
