Elementary Level

       The Division of City Schools, Manila, congratulates the School Papers (English and Filipino) in the elementary level which are in the roster of to Ten Best Regional School Papers. The papers shall be the official entries of NCR to the Group Contests in the National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) this April at Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
