Guest speaker Teodoro Locsin Jr. delivers inspirational message during the commemoration of the 79th Birth Anniversary of the late Pres. Corazon Aquino. Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Ponciano Menguito joined Mayor Alfredo Lim in the wreath laying ceremony. Supervisors and principals also attended the activity.
