A regional demonstration lesson in Grade I Mathematics was held at A
Albert Elementary School on November 23, 2011. Demonstration Teacher
Mary Jean G. dela Cruz conducted the demo lesson on identifying one half
of given sets of objects. Dr. Flordelina A. Alquiza, Regional Math
Supervisor, Math Division Supervisors of NCR, Manila principals and
teachers from different divisions observed the conduct of the lesson.
Mrs. Remylinda Soriano, supervisor, and Mrs. Remia Guevarra, Principal
of Albert Elementary School collaborated with Division Math Grade I
Master Teachers to make the regional demonstration lesson a successful
one.
The demonstration lesson is one among the series of demonstration lessons held in the different divisions of the National Capital Region as part of the Project TURN. THis project is in line with the Regional goal to increase pupil performance in Mathematics and for the participants to shop for strategies and innovations for replication in their respective schools.
