The Association of Private Secondary Schools Administrators (APSSAM), Manila Association Private Elementary Schools Administrators (MAPESA) and Manila Association of Private Preschool Administrators (MAPPRESA) celebrated the month long Buwan ng Wika with different contests in Sabayang Bigkas, Pagguhit ng Poster, Isahang Pag-awit, Interpretatibong Pagsayaw at Tagisan ng Talino. The culminating activitiy was held at SAKYA Academy on September 5, 2012 and was attended by student contestants, trainers, teachers and principals of participating schools. DepED Manila Public School coordinators, master teachers and department heads served as judges in the final competition. The activity was coordinated by Engr. Efren Dieta, Chairman of the Manila Private Schools Board, Dr. Sining M. KOtah, President of APPSAM and Ms. Virginia Calpe, President of MAPESA.
